That which has not killed me...
has made me significantly weaker.

I've slept at least 50 of the last 60 hours. My sinuses are much dryer, my chest congestion is much better. But I'm still weak and I still have some congestion, though none of it ever turned green (TMI). Today, for the first time, I took generic Dayquil instead of generic Nyquil. I made it out to the boys swim lesson and back home, then proceeded to sleep like, six hours, to make up for it! Now, I'm up long enough to get a drink and post this and I'm off to bed. Hopefully, tomorrow will be the day I feel much better.

Oh, and 275.5 despite having not worked out. Must be the lack of eating and drinking because I've been asleep so much. I'm on the Plague Of Death weight loss plan.

Huzzah.

Sleep is verrrrrrry goooooood!

Hope you feel better and better with each passing hour.

Long live Nyquil!!!

Oh...and congrats on the weight loss! Larry is down to 254. He's doing acupuncture. It REALLY works!

Great job Larry! Sorry so late in responding. I've been somewhat out of the Internet loop lately.

Nyquil seems like good stuff, till you get ahold of some Histinex, which is codeine laced cough syrup. Now THAT stuff is the bomb. The bomb that puts you to sleep and takes away all pains.

I just started back to the gym today, acupuncture sounds a lot easier! Hey, maybe they could acupuncture me to LOVE the gym and WANT to go EVERY day! That would be awesome! ;-)

I have finally surrendered to the Plague of Death and went to the doctor yesterday. Infected stamp! Sinusly. So I am enjoying my Z pack and apple juice and remaining hopeful that I will be able to breathe out of my nose again...someday. Fell better soon!

I avoided a true infection, but I was still knocked down for awhile, nonetheless. Yet we survive!

Hey Ms. Nahm! (or Mrs? It's so hard to know how to treat anonymous nom de whatevers). Sorry I'm so late in responding. My life's been on hold for awhile but today I pushed play again.

Unfortunately(?), I recovered from the P.O.D. before I lost all the weight I wanted. But then, it would have been scary to be sick enough to lose like, a half an elephant of unsightly fat. Back to they gym it is.
