Here's a "Short Explanation" from the site:
This is not about random acts of kindness, though it might be sometimes. It is also not about a physical make-over, but that, too, might happen once or twice over time. This is about changing the aesthetics of our everyday lives. It is about looking, listening, reacting, and feeling differently. I am not a therapist, a writer of self-help texts, nor am I one of those 'save-the-world' types. I am simply an average person, attempting to live an above average life.

And, finally, the very first post, or assignment, or whatever you want to call it. Just do it!
"What was the last thing that you saw, experienced, heard, or reacted to that you found truly beautiful? It can be anything - even if you think you're being silly. In fact, if you think you're being silly, it's probably the right answer. It could be a song, a poem, a scene, a place, a person... it doesn't matter."
It's 2:30am and I have to work tomorrow night. The insurance adjuster is coming tomorrow afternoon so we'll have some idea what is going to happen with our recently remodeled living room. I'm neck deep in trying to reorganize and update my bill paying/tracking so that I can better utilize what is now going to be two incomes. Yay! Time to climb out of this debt hell hole.
So, what I'm saying is, I might not get my response posted "today" but I will post a response when I find a good time (rested, not overly stressed, alone, you know...)
