Messed up cereal ingredients...

My sons showed me this box of Froot Loops the other day and it really messed me up! I know kids are into gross things (so am I) so I could see if this was a joke for marketing purposes, but it wasn't.

Thanks for the update, Bruce and congratulations. I admire your tenacity. Nice to hear that you got rid of most of the meds too. Well done, you!

Day 3 - Juice redux
Wow, great progress! Sounds as if you're doing well, Bruce. I've always figured it's a good idea to adjust your method to something you feel comfortable with. It's easier to stick to it.

Well, that is the plan after the juicing. See, every bit of food I eat in this 60 days is calories that slow my weight loss and the whole idea to a 60 day juice is to lose as much weight as quickly…
