30 minutes of the beloved cardio on the elliptical tormentor, aaaand did my regular weight workout, aaaand had an appointment with Antonio to add more machines to my repertoire this morning. Now I have two different strength workouts to choose from with alternate machines.

New workout exercises (started with low weights, expect to increase in the coming weeks):

-Leg extensions
-Seated leg curl
-Arm curl
-Tricep extension
-Lateral (shoulder) raise
-Fly machine (aka pec deck, I think)
-Torso rotations (for core strength, obliques, etc.)

I'm not sure how I will do this. Currently I do my original workout on M/W/F so I'm not sure when to do this one. I may just start doing the opposite workout every time I go.

I am coming up on 3 months of doing this very consistently and this new workout will provide some needed variety. I am excited, yes that's the correct word, about continuing with the weight machines.
