150 catch-up!

Workouts 43-47 have taken place.  There were each 30 minutes on the elliptical machine.  Here are the dates they occurred.
April 16, 18, 23, 25, and 28.

I've been missing opportunities to post, and to keep up with these, but I'm still making progress!  Must restart the weights soon, and I'm thinking of expanding to 45 minutes or an hour on the cardio.  It's time to get to some actual weight loss.
