Cardio only today, on the trusty treadmill to nowhere. I'm tired. Felt like skipping the weights so I did; back at 'em Friday. I got plenty of sleep but it sure didn't feel like it when I got up, so I'm going back for a nap, I think. Because I can, don't be a hater.
Dad says he likes doing the weights. I hoped it would give him a more pleasant outlet than the treadmill grind, as it has for me, so it's good news to hear that he likes it.
