Nothing amazing to report. Diet continues. Working the next two nights.
Original weight: 291
After starting SBD in early November 2003, weight down to 267.
After a few months of "maintenance" weight at 275 (weighed as heavy as 278, but 275 morning weight.)
Weight this morning was 269. So, I'm back on track and losing again. I'm nearly to where I stopped before at 267. Goal is only 80 some-odd pounds from here. Heh.
Real update this weekend, hopefully. I've had to skip updating due to higher priorities, so I'm due.
